Dave Stevenson

Commercial Real Estate Broker of Record Dave Stevenson has 40 years of real estate transaction experience. Dave was recently a member of the CBRE, Inc. team in Pittsburgh where he spent 21 years representing landlords in their acquisitions and leasing of their buildings. Dave has been involved in many facets of commercial real estate in western Pennsylvania as well as many other major cities throughout the United States.

Jen Schellhammer

Jen Schellhammer is a 2009 graduate from Carlow University in Oakland, with a masters' degree from the University of Toledo in 2012. Jen has been a resident of Pittsburgh since 2004 and possesses extensive knowledge of the commercial market. She is a multitasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of people. Her strong interpersonal skills, dedication to customer satisfaction and persuasiveness are imperative in any commercial transaction.


Nick Hullhorst

Nick Hullhorst is a 2010 graduate of Ohio Northern University with a BSBA in Accounting. He started commercial real estate management in 2011. Nick possesses more than seven years of investment real estate sales experience from accounting, finance, and property management standpoints. He has advised more than $20 million in transactions within the Pittsburgh market. Nick is acting treasurer of the CDC in Jackson Township.
